Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting: Analyze client needs, pinpoint challenges, and develop tailored strategies to optimize and scale Shopify stores.
Strategic Coaching: Provide tutorials on how to update various parts of the Shopify storefront as well as real time Shopify website editing.
Platform Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Shopify features, themes, and apps to implement best practices for product listings, checkout processes, and payment gateways.
Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve store performance, enhance conversion rates, and elevate user experience through UI improvements and strategic integrations.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot site functionality, implement custom features, and stay current on platform updates and compliance requirements.

Required
At least 3-5 years of hands-on Shopify experience, including store launches, theme customizations, and third-party app integrations.
Proficiency in Shopify’s Liquid language, HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable recommendations for clients.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach, paired with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients.
Preferred
Familiarity with Shopify APIs.
Proven success improving conversion rates, UX/UI design, and overall site performance.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Experience in freelance or agency environments.
