Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex language data and make recommendations for client based on findings.

Understand, monitor, review, track, analyze and evaluate data generated by client's data platform.

Respond and react to PRIORITY tasks quickly and efficiently.

Understand and adhere to details of client guidelines and policies.

Be highly organized and a commitment to quality.

Understand data, relationships between queries, language translation accuracies and be able to identify grammatical errors.

Must have interest and patience in reviewing repeated data at times.

Understand details of client requirements regarding formatting and ensuring efficiency and accuracy in reviewing the data sets.

Commit to quality assurance and project guidelines system to ensure maximum data quality and meet clients' expectations.

Research information for various content relevance, tools, and data.

Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to improve language recognition algorithms.

Work closely with other teams on multiple projects to present data quality metrics & to identify accurate data assessments.

Focus on tasks and proofreading the work assigned.

Correct any errors or inaccuracies in a timely manner.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Required

Fluent in English and French language.

Awareness of culture sensitivity is imperative.

Excellent computer skills, especially typing and writing.

Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.

Background checks are mandatory for this position.

Must have own device (laptop/device).

For a full-time position, you must be available to work 8 hours a day from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (Pacific Standard Time Zone). Monday through Friday.
