Responsibilities
Advising the teams on a wide range of commercial and contractual legal matters issues.
Drafting and negotiating agreements, including, but not limited to, general terms and conditions of sale and purchase, commercial contracts, product sales and supply, distribution and agency agreements, service agreements, equipment leases, storage and warehousing agreements, real estate contracts and leases, vessel charters, non-disclosure agreements, and transportation agreements.
Managing payment disputes, including liens.
Management of commercial claims and arbitration

Required
JD and fully qualified in any state in the US.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Saas / Tech contracts
In-depth understanding of legal issues associated with the commercial operations of business organizations.
Excellent contract negotiating and drafting skills.
French qualified.
Ability to support the business with legal matters.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to work in a cross-functional teamwork context.
Flexible and hands-on, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
