Responsibilities
Sales Growth & Customer Development: Solicit potential and existing customers to grow annual sales, prospect new customers, and develop new opportunities with key customers, suppliers, and growers. Achieve budgeted targets for cases and profit by assigned customers.
Customer and Supplier Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted advisor relationships. Manage and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and growers, aiming to increase business volume and meet customer needs.
Order & Claim Management: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services by overseeing the order process, providing updates, and managing claims. Communicate regularly with customers to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
Account Growth & Retention: Identify and nurture growth opportunities, collaborate with sales teams, and present new products/services to customers. Perform annual business reviews and ensure contract terms are followed.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management to address concerns and seek guidance when needed. Support Accounts Receivable functions to ensure timely payment of services.
Operational Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of company systems, software, and processes, including order processing, reporting, and customer service procedures.

Required
Produce Sales/Purchasing & Customer Service: 2-3 years minimum
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with management, employees, vendors, and corporate personnel both in-person and remotely.
Creative and confident, with a positive attitude, persistence, and a high level of self-actualization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC Windows environment, with excellent presentation and demonstration abilities in both group and phone settings.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills, combined with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Willing to travel and take on additional responsibilities as needed in a changing business environment.
