Responsibilities
Welcome and Greet: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
Manage Reception Area: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing mail, coordinating shipments, and assisting with general office tasks.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and requests from clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to exceed their expectations.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
