Responsibilities
Manage all phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide community information and assist residents with their requests.
Manage resident transportation and outing schedules.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration.
Demonstrate superior people skills and effective communication with residents and co-workers.

Required
Experience with email, calendar management, answering phones
Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
