Responsibilities

Building experiences in Monetate and Builder.io based on the creative direction and strategy provided to you by cross-functional teams.
Assisting with integrating various tools and data sources with Monetate and/or Builder.io.
Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to modify website behavior and appearance troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues
Collaborating with marketing and product teams on new ideas, and assisting with technical design strategy.
Debug and fix issues with test implementations
Document technical implementations for team reference
Modifying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create different site versions
Setting up analytics integrations to pass data from Monetate and Builder to GA4.
Assist with the technical design and implementation of new audiences and targeting conditions
Ensuring variations don't conflict with existing site functionality
Managing site performance across different versions
Handling test scheduling and traffic routing

Required

5+ years of front-end web development experience.
Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Expert experience with A/B testing tools (Monetate, Builder.io, or similar).
Experience with CMS tools like Builder.io.
Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and browser debugging.
