Responsibilities

Develop beautiful, robust user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Ant Design components

Experiment, iterate, and learn quickly while building out the newest product

Design, plan, and implement key features as part of an effective team

Parse, understand, and participate in customer research and discovery for better product and technical decisions

Communicate project status, technical issues, and breakdown work effectively

Engage in team processes and work to improve team capabilities

Provide technical and product expertise within the team and organization

Actively participate in a growth and inclusion supportive culture within the team

Required

Strong programming experience with expertise in at least one web framework, and are open-minded and excited to learn new ones

Worked collaboratively with product and design partners, proposing technical solutions that help us move with speed and quality

Strategic about when and how to write tests for your code

Strong communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team

Located in EST or CST time zone

Preferred

Experience building visualizations for applications that ingest, process, and analyze large amounts of data

You can contribute in areas of the stack besides the front end, or have interest in building some capabilities there

Previous experience in a fast-changing startup before and loved it
