Responsibilities

Market the FSS program to recruit participants and maintain program capacity.

Supervise FSS staff, provide training, guidance, and workload management.

Perform administrative functions for the FSS program ensuring compliance with regulations.

Maintain and review escrow account balances for FSS participants.

Monitor program outcomes and adjust policies accordingly.

Oversee case management for FSS clients to ensure successful program completion.

Develop and maintain a network of housing authorities and service providers.

Maintain required forms, documentation, and reports accurately and timely.

Required

High School Diploma required; Associates/Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; bachelor’s strongly preferred; and/or equivalent work experience required.

Prior employment experience as a FSS Coordinator.

Experience in program management or coordination, preferably in social services or community outreach.

Working knowledge of the FSS program, as well as federal and state entitlement programs, welfare programs and community resources.

HUD: 1 year (Required)

Service Coordinator: 2 years (Required)

FSS Program: 3 years (Required)
