Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing React and iOS systems, including bug fixing and performance optimization.

Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements.

Install and configure server environments for React and iOS deployments.

Manage and update project dependencies, resolving any conflicts efficiently.

Collaborate with fellow JavaScript and Swift developers and software engineers to build well-structured, flexible front-end and back-end architecture, including supporting APIs.

Required

Strong experience in SWIFT.

5+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps. You've shipped apps and understand the entire development lifecycle.

Great communication skills.

An independent 'hacker' mindset with the ability to suggest and execute plans to significantly reduce development timelines.

A consultative approach, advising others on how to best achieve features for scalability and business goals.

The ability to independently overcome roadblocks and 'figure things out.'

A strong desire for a collaborative team environment characterized by radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback.

A passion for constant learning and a dynamic variety of project opportunities.

Accountability for deadlines, coupled with proactive communication regarding adjustments.

The mental fortitude to handle a high-stress environment with tight deadlines and rapid development cycles.

Preferred

Experience with connecting to devices (both Backend and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)) is highly desirable.

Experience in MERN Stack development, React Native, and NextJS.

Prior experience working with agencies.

Proven experience building fully functional software applications using the latest AI technologies.
