Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of custom software applications within the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI)
Maintenance and enhancement of the Work Comp Campus system, a cloud hosted, serverless platform, custom built application based on modern development techniques, methodologies, and technologies for the Department.

Required
Minimum of three (3) years of IT related experience with back and front-end development, systems analysis and design and programming, data processing concepts and techniques in a serverless environment
Back-end development using C# and .NET Framework
Front-end web development using angular 8 and up
Ability to deliver effective verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding on both parties
Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
Preferred
Pluralsight (or equivalent) Skills Assessment level equal to 'proficient' or higher in JavaScript, Angular, C#.NET, Entity Framework, Azure, Node.js, and Git
Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, APIs, and Cloud providers
Experience with Confluence, Jira, Git, GitHub, or GitLab
Experience writing unit tests
Experience writing SQL and manipulating data in a large relational database
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders
