Responsibilities
Experience in software design, development, configuration management, product development lifecycle, product backlog development, and refinement.
Produce work in cloud technologies, migration strategies, and systems integration.
Work closely with the team and stakeholders to design and implement integration and test solutions, and should be comfortable leading a team with the technical decision making process.
Work in an Agile environment and will have experience working in a cloud environment.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Ten (10) or more years of experience working with Java
At least five (5) years of full stack software development (client and server side)
Proven background working in software integration
Willingness to work with legacy systems and to port them over to newer technologies
Ability to document software designs, which may include design diagrams, data flow diagrams, software module descriptions
General Experience with systems/network architecture
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including team management
Experience with product development lifecycle and track management principles
Experience with data layer optimization and transformation
Familiarity with JIRA for requirements tracking and use case development
Experience with AWS for CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps
Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle)
Must be a US citizen
Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, U.S. DoD Secret-level Security Clearance
Preferred
CompTIA Security+ certification
Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) certification
Familiarity with Serena for requirements management
