Responsibilities

Help develop business process analysis and process improvement activities.

Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and provide potential solutions.

Provide data-specific recommendations for streamlining business processes.

Work closely with the business to identify and prioritize current and future needs, and implement solutions.

Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational, and/or operational requirements.

Deliver training and business process documentation.

Assist the helpdesk team when needed to aid users in troubleshooting and daily issues.

Participate in future ERP enhancement, upgrade, and other implementation-related projects.
