Responsibilities

Support the business on acquiring new customers and reactivating existing ones

Design, build and maintain reliable and scalable web services (both frontend and backend)

Contribute to the development and implementation of the Marketing Tech roadmap - together with the teams in Brazil

Work closely with Marketing and Customer Acquisition teams to understand their needs and develop technical solutions that deliver business value

Implement and maintain data integration from various sources to support Marketing Analytics

Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web services, ensuring high responsiveness and minimal downtime

Implement rigorous testing protocols to identify and fix bugs. Ensure high standards of quality in all software releases

Required

Javascript ES6 or newer + Typescript

Relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL)

5+ years experience with NodeJs backends

5+ years experience with React frontends

Comfortable with Docker and containerization

Great communication skills (written and spoken)

Strong project management skills

Must have high attention to detail

Self-starter spirit who takes initiative

Team player attitude

Experience mentoring others

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with a 2nd backend framework (e.g. Python, Go, PHP, NextJs)

Experience with a 2nd frontend framework (e.g. Vue, NextJs)

Modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Next.js)

Previous experience with Shopify ecommerce platform

Non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis)

Previous experience with AdTech/MarTech
