Required

Good hands-no work experience and knowledge with foundational concepts on Core Java, Spring Boot, Multithreading, Kinesis, Circuit breakers, Microservices, RDS, SQS, SNS, Lambda and ECS
Proven senior-level hands-on coding experience with AWS, Spring Boot, and Java, as first priority
Strong communication skills where responses are clear, concise and direct
Great 'team' mindset and collaborates effectively within a squad
Assessment scores that accurately reflect hands-on experience with coding specifically. This may not align with years of experience
Up to date with best practices in software development

Preferred

Candidates classified as senior FSEs will need to demonstrate they have this level of technical knowledge of the code itself, not just conceptually
A slightly lower score in Angular is acceptable, as long as a solid proficiency in the others can be established, and candidate has a willingness to upskill
