Responsibilities
Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; assist in defining scope and sizing of work; anchor Proof of Concept developments.
Provide solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and handoff of solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise in pursuits, RFPs, and proposals.
Drive technical vision during the pre-sales process to ensure alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, partners, and clients.
Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform the development of innovative solutions.

Required
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Cloud, and Software Development.
Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including expertise in Networking, Storage, Compute, Firewall, Security, and RBAC.
In-depth knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices.
Experience leading Scrum teams and driving product development initiatives.
Strong track record of innovation and thought leadership in the cloud computing space.
Self-directed and highly motivated with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and technological advancements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Track record of generating and expanding revenue through business development initiatives.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of modern architecture paradigms such as DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Proven experience with enterprise-level software applications, data systems, and security frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to collaborate, shape and deliver presentations, and communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
Preferred
Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain is a plus.
Cloud Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (or equivalent)
Experience with multiple cloud platforms
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform)
Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools
