Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cloud-hosted web applications, APIs, batch jobs, serverless functions, relational databases, and search indexes.
Collaborate with the Digital Guest Experience (DGE) team to support CRM and loyalty functions for Chili's and Maggiano's brands.
Utilize expertise in PHP, Symfony, and MySQL to write optimized queries and solve complex data-related issues.
Implement cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS and Google Cloud, with a future focus on transitioning to a React Node tech stack.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack PHP Developer or similar role in a hybrid-cloud enterprise environment.
Proficiency in MVC frameworks (e.g., Symfony) and building APIs, integrating with third-party APIs.
Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for developing web-based UIs.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., GitHub Workflows, Jenkins).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, clean code practices, and refactoring.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a quick grasp of new technologies.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, New Relic).

Preferred

Experience building and deploying AWS resources using CloudFormation, Packer, and Chef, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Previous work on CRM and Loyalty systems or with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
