Responsibilities

Backend will be the heavier portion for this role

Simple front end, but quite a bit of activity in backend to calculate everything

Some front end design - there is art on the mapping side to bring back data into the map

Must be able to surge into GPUs as it needs it

Once on the cloud, needs to access GPUs in opportunistic basis

Each line of sight is an independent, because everything can be vectorized

Required

Front end - React experience

Experience with Fast API to create API backend hooks to the python code

Cloud deployment experience

Searching methods experience (R-Tree)

Experience with Google Mapping and Leaflet

Front end mapping experience

Intuition for geospatial thinking

Knowledge of geospacing and viewshed is very helpful/needed

Python experience

Experience with PyTorch

Preferred
