Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails promptly to keep messages at a minimum.
Customer Service Leadership: Oversee and manage the administrative email inbox to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
Organizational Efficiency: Maintain uniformity in company programs and email inboxes; collaborate with team members to develop and streamline organizational processes.
Email Marketing Maintenance: Oversee and clean up the company email marketing account to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Accreditation Assistance: Support the Operations Coordinator with accreditation-related needs.
Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the Administrative Coordinator as needed.
Certificate Issuance: Issue certificates of attendance to course participants.
Encourage Product Up-selling
Speaker Recruitment Support: Provide assistance to the Recruitment team.
Database Maintenance: Clean up contacts and verify accurate bar information in the database.
Coupon Code Creation: Create and manage coupon codes for promotions.
Subscription Management: Provide complimentary LPCLE Unlimited subscriptions to speakers.
Order Processing: Contact customers with failed orders to assist in payment processing.
Course Registrant Communication: Reach out to registrants for rescheduled or canceled courses.
