Full-Time PAIP Office Manager

Responsibilities
Answer calls from potential and current clients and referrals, provide program information, and interact with domestic violence offenders and probation officers.
Maintain the online payment system and office files.
Be familiar with using Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Stripe, and be open to learning additional online platforms as necessary.
Respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints and deescalate situations that may arise.

Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
3 to 5 years clerical/administrative experience and/or training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate under stress.
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred.
