Responsibilities

Represent financial institutions, including banks, lenders, servicers, and leasing companies in state and federal court litigation.

Handle complex legal disputes across multiple areas of financial services, including lender liability, FDCPA and FCRA claims, depository disputes, and collateral enforcement.

Advise clients on legal risks and strategies for resolving disputes in a cost-effective manner.

Draft and review legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Manage all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial or settlement, with minimal supervision.
