Responsibilities
Work on design documentation, requirement analysis/documentation, business process analysis/documentation, configuration, testing strategy and use case development, administration, maintenance, support implementation planning, and security compliance analysis of business systems and enabling technologies.
Provide business analysis, administration, maintenance, and support services for Student Information Systems across non-production and production application environments.
Design, develop, document, test, implement, administer, maintain, and support upgrade activities for student information system application software.
Work with users to understand, document, and enhance business processes and supporting documentation to meet user and business needs.
Guide evaluation and testing of new procedures and software, create procedures to maintain applications, system documents, and programs.
Assist in the translation of business requirements into configurable software components and rules, support system design reviews and code walkthroughs.
Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure conformance to departmental/corporate standards and procedures, guide execution of testing.
Work closely with functional and technical testers on the preparation of test plans, test data, and integrated testing.
Maintain a broad knowledge of the student information system and business analysis disciplines, related best practices, and related technologies.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Reside in NYS
Experience providing business analysis, administration, maintenance, and support services for Student Information Systems
