Responsibilities

Develop and implement leading practices for manual and automated testing
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and process owners
Document processes using Microsoft Visio
Document User Stories in Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions
Complete testing and testing documentation for user stories
Support 508 testing
Develop roadmaps and timelines for development programs using MS Project

Required

Public Trust security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a minimum of five to ten (5-10) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
Proficient in Agile methodologies
Experience with Agile management tools such as ADO, Jira, ServiceNow
Experience leading a functional team in application development
Proficient in application testing including 508 testing
Experience in program management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Experience with Outsystems or similar systems
