Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth prospect research to identify potential corporate funders and foundations aligned with Mil Mujeres’ long-term goals.
Establish and manage a dynamic donor database that will serve as the foundation for current and future fundraising efforts.
Develop a two-year, data-driven corporate donations plan tailored to Mil Mujeres' mission and funding priorities.
This includes building and maintaining a strategic list of corporate funding prospects, setting realistic revenue targets, and outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
Facilitate connections with a range of funding sources, including foundations, donors, members, and both public and private entities.
Establish rapport with potential corporate partners, aligning Mil Mujeres’ impact narrative with donor interests to foster long-term commitments.
Create a consistent, strategic outreach schedule for corporate donors, encompassing renewal plans and new engagement opportunities.
Draft professional correspondence, including proposal letters, personalized thank-you notes, and impact reports.
Collaborate closely with the executive team to review and refine campaign effectiveness.

Required
At least 3 years in corporate fundraising, with a successful track record in planned giving, major gifts, or recurring donations.
Strong research and storytelling abilities with a proven talent for crafting messages that connect emotionally with donors.
Familiarity with nonprofit work and fundraising is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Preferred
Spanish proficiency might be preferred.
