Responsibilities
Provide Strategic Guidance: Meet with funeral business owners to identify opportunities for succession planning and acquisitions, delivering tailored solutions for optimal outcomes.
Build and Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate trust-based relationships with funeral home owners and key stakeholders, becoming a valued advisor.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with our team to communicate client needs and craft effective succession plans.
Stay Industry-Informed: Monitor trends, regulations, and challenges in the funeral industry, sharing actionable insights with clients.
Represent NewBridge Group: Attend conferences, industry events, and meetings to expand the company’s presence and foster connections.
Manage Opportunities: Use Salesforce to document client interactions, track leads, and ensure follow-through on opportunities.
Drive Influence: Develop and present compelling strategies to create mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required
Proven experience in funeral home operations, management, funeral product sales, preneed sales, or related areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and build trust.
A client-focused approach to addressing business challenges with practical, tailored solutions.
Comfortable working independently and traveling 2-3 weeks per month to meet clients and attend industry events.
