Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Implement processes that enable scalability, ensuring the team is equipped with tools, training, and guidance to perform at their best.
Drive revenue growth by selling SaaS solutions directly to mid-market customers, leveraging your understanding of their unique buying behaviors.
Build and refine sales strategies for working with MSPs and channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Develop enablement programs to empower MSPs and partners to successfully sell Xcitium’s solutions.
Lead the adoption and execution of proven sales methodologies such as activity-based selling and MEDICC to ensure robust pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Establish a culture of disciplined sales execution, from rigorous qualification to deal closure.
Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute a revenue growth strategy that aligns with Xcitium’s business objectives.
Identify new opportunities within the mid-market and MSP/partner ecosystems to expand Xcitium’s market presence.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales team performance, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure consistent delivery of results.
Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention.
Provide feedback loops to enhance product-market fit and strengthen Xcitium’s competitive edge.
Demonstrate readiness to take on the full scope of CRO responsibilities, including strategic planning, revenue operations, and market expansion.

Required
Proven Experience in SaaS, MSP, and Partner Sales: A track record of success selling SaaS solutions to mid-market customers and working effectively with MSPs and channel partners.
Sales Leadership: 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director, VP, or equivalent).
Expert in Sales Methodologies: Mastery of activity-based sales approaches, MEDICC, and other advanced sales frameworks.
Strategic and Tactical: Ability to think strategically about scaling revenue while executing tactical plans to achieve immediate results.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and performance optimization.
Collaborative Leadership: Proven success in working cross-functionally to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
Ambition to Progress: Eager to step into a CRO role, with the leadership and vision to shape Xcitium’s revenue strategy at the highest level.
