Responsibilities

Create and manage comprehensive regulatory oversight and monitoring plan for Managed Medicaid business

Perform oversight and monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance

Develop processes to efficiently address regulatory compliance issues as they arise

Communicate to internal and/or external stakeholder(s) regulatory compliance updates, issues, and/or planned resolution

Perform regular review of Managed Medicaid-related policies and procedures and initiate applicable updates as necessary

Facilitate review of operational processes and track process changes required by regulatory changes

Track and report regulatory compliance performance standards

Provide support for audit responses and deliverables

Other duties as assigned
