Responsibilities

Hire, mentor, and maintain healthy Engineering teams emphasizing collaboration and innovation.

Manage shift scheduling, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide training to ensure high-quality work and SLA adherence.

Demonstrate technical expertise in Linux systems troubleshooting, profiling, and debugging tools.

Organize and prioritize complex problem resolution, bug fixes, and debugging distributed services.

Set and manage expectations with engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

Provide constructive feedback to Engineers, conduct 1:1 meetings, address interpersonal issues, and perform reviews.

Suggest Engineering guidelines, principles, and processes to enhance the Engineering org.

Ensure high-quality work and SLA adherence across the Engineering org.

Perform any additional tasks required by the manager.
