Responsibilities

Responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable cloud solutions on the Google Cloud Platform based on clients' requirements and industry best practices

Possess in-depth knowledge of GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and others

Stay updated with the latest GCP features and services

Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources

Implement security best practices and ensure data protection, identity management, and access control measures are in place

Conduct regular security assessments and audits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and network engineers to integrate GCP services effectively into applications and services

Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost efficiency and performance

Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements

Create comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational procedures

Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on GCP services and best practices
