Responsibilities
Hands-on programming of knowledge management solutions.
Plan, develop, test, and release solutions for internal Knowledge Management (KM) customers.
Balance competing priorities to produce high-quality products.
Conduct requirements gathering and project maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical writers, trainers, and end-users, to build comprehensive systems.
Adapt quickly to new environments and technologies with minimal supervision.
Provide effective support and suggest improvements for user experience.
Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and provide suggestions to refine user requirements.
Write unit test scripts and execute them for quality assurance.
Rotate with the team for deployment activities, including code merges and deployments.

Required
10+ years of software development experience with hands-on programming and architecture responsibilities.
Strong software development and architecture experience across multiple languages and platforms.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS.
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), App Engine, Apps Script, BigQuery, CloudSQL.
Experience with BIM 360 API, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Forge API, AODocs API.
Experience developing tools for document management, including workflows for updating, distributing, and tracking metadata.
Strong database skills, including SQL-based platforms like BigQuery and CloudSQL.
Experience with CMS development and end-to-end IP lifecycle management.
Familiarity with knowledge and content management tools, document libraries, and interfaces.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
Effective at gathering and clarifying requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
Integration experience with Autodesk platforms or similar systems.
Hands-on experience with document management tools, including parent-child document relationships.
Knowledge of construction documentation and CAD operations (a plus).
Strong understanding of web UI development and database integration.
