Responsibilities

Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves property claims which are the most complex in coverage and represent the company's largest damage exposures.

Provides a high level of technical expertise to many customers/clients on a national level, using a combination of virtual investigation and physical investigation methods.

Handles claims primarily valued over $100,000 but the exposure size may vary based on other complexity factors and/or business needs.

Develops claim file strategies with clients to demonstrate our Claims Value Proposition and consistently achieve accurate and timely claim outcomes.
