Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative support needs for owner/advisor and team
Recommend innovative processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the office
Handle general administrative duties including filing, faxing, copying, data entry
Support other ad-hoc reporting needs

Required
Must have a high school diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Must be comfortable working in a remote work environment
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Some college experience preferred
Some experience supporting Leadership-level employees preferred
