Responsibilities
Schedule maintenance of facility systems including boilers, pumps, ventilation, plumbing, water and sewage systems, and the Energy Management System (EMS).
Facilitate the use of service manuals, technical manuals, and blueprints during preventive maintenance, repair, or replacement of systems or components.
Adhere to sound engineering practices, building codes, and safety precautions.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, patching walls, painting, changing air conditioning filters, and washing carpets.
Maintain tools and equipment through cleaning and lubrication.
Keep daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities.
Communicate with the Director of Residences/Residences Manager to resolve maintenance issues.

Required
License or Certification: First Class Stationary Engineer’s Operating License
Preferred
Education: Technical, Trade or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: 3 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience.
