Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the company, defining long-term goals and outlining a roadmap for achieving them.

Own the annual, quarterly and monthly revenue results/forecasts and costs and communicate with the Leadership team and the company as appropriate.

Manage and develop a leadership team overseeing core business functions (Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, Operations & Implementation, Software Development, Product Management, Finance, and Administrative), comprised of both in-office and remote staff.

Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.

Make key decisions regarding product development, marketing strategies, resource allocation, and business partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and customers.

Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt the company's strategy accordingly.

Manage the company's finances, ensuring responsible budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability.

Represent the company at industry events and cultivate a positive brand image.

Oversee legal and regulatory compliance.
