Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive personal property appraisals based on client-provided information.
Independently analyze data, conduct valuation research, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure all appraisals comply with USPAP standards and company guidelines.
Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness in all deliverables.
Communicate effectively and promptly with the internal team, as needed.

Required
Completion of USPAP coursework with demonstrated knowledge of USPAP compliance.
Proven experience in personal property appraisals, with the ability to deliver accurate reports independently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all reports are free of errors.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
Access to necessary technology (computer, internet) and tools for research and report preparation.
