Required

5+ years commercial construction experience and multiple years of experience in restaurant finish-out and ground-up experience as a Sr. or General Superintendent.

Embrace the challenges associated with, and excel in, a fast paced construction environment.

Tech-Savvy, using ProCore and other digital communication tools including Teams, Zoom, etc. while on the go.

Extremely skilled in communicating complex and difficult issues to an internal and external team.

Enjoy dealing with clients, trade partners, and enjoys solving problems and building relationships.

Capable of and willing to maximize value and minimize cost.

Have a 'Can do' and 'Whatever it takes' attitude.

Possess a High level of integrity.
