Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of field operations for multiple heavy civil construction projects.
Supervise and mentor site superintendents, foremen, and field staff to ensure high levels of performance and collaboration.
Coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Lead daily and weekly meetings to review progress, address issues, and plan upcoming work.
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among field teams.

Required
At least 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong background in field supervision and project execution.
Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including highways, bridges, earthworks, and utilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective teams and foster positive relationships.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
