Responsibilities
Build on top of existing base generative models or fine-tune base models using various techniques.
Develop and implement guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, and other security vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems.
Evaluate and improve the performance of generative models through rigorous testing and experimentation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Required
MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH DEVELOPING LLM GUARDRAILS
MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF GENERATIVE AI EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
Extensive experience in building on top of existing generative models and fine-tuning them using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, etc.
Strong understanding of generative AI techniques.
Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and others.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and large language models (e.g., GPT-4, BERT).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in implementing security measures in AI models and ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Preferred
Experience in developing guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent LLM misuse.
