Responsibilities

Program Leadership – Lead the emerging (Gen AI) technology enablement practice and be responsible for program performance and team development.

Online Influencer – Leverage your expertise in AI technologies to create engaging content, educate our audience, and help drive responsible AI adoption.

Business Development – Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support new business development and client retention.

Thought Leadership – Provide thought leadership by working with The Hackett Group’s research organization and peers through novel research insights, frameworks, tools, and perspectives on current and emerging trends.

Expert Guidance – Be a trusted advisor, able to coach executives and leaders on the strategies, approaches, organizational designs, and emerging practices that can accelerate successful emerging technology transformation initiatives.

Community Building – Support the development and maintenance of a network of clients to exchange emerging and best practices in in-person and virtual member events.

Required

Extensive experience (SME), 10+ years, in AI, machine learning (ML), or data science roles with at least 3 years in leadership positions as a practitioner or advisor/consultant - with a deep understanding of Generative AI

Public Speaking (i.e.: Keynote Speaker, Speaking Engagements, Podcasts)

Strong content creation skills (videos, blogs, social media posts, etc.) with experience building an online following. Proven ability to grow a practice/program

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI topics in simple and engaging ways.

Passion for educating others and demystifying AI for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to create and curate content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with a passion for shaping the future of AI.

Experience shaping and executing comprehensive AI strategies to support how organizations create new performance and competitive advantage

Expertise in emerging technology (Gen AI) market and industry trends

Familiarity with transformation programs and the operation of transformation management offices that shape and influence decision-making

Experience and a good track record in advisory and consulting services with multinational companies

Ability to develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients

Effective at influencing and developing a thought-provoking research agenda and member experiences

Ability to collaborate in a virtual team within a global, diverse organization

Strong internal and external stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel frequently

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields

Preferred

A background in AI development, research, or digital content creation is a plus.

Ethical mindset, with a strong commitment to promoting responsible AI practices.
