Responsibilities

Work with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover from the sales process thru completion of the underwriting process
Collaborate with Account Executives and our New Clients to align on their goals, challenges, and current processes
Implement and support the Generosity Onboarding Plan to help our New Clients start generating revenue quickly.
Identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles that could delay client onboarding and revenue generation
Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic advice and recommendations to help clients get the most out of their Giving investment
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our Product Teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Track client progress and performance, report on key metrics, and suggest areas for improvement
Document best practices and lessons learned to enhance the onboarding process continually

Required

2+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic consulting role (sales or success), ideally within the SaaS or technology industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Familiarity with sales processes, customer success strategies, and revenue operations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand recommendations for clients
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work in a general office environment
Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
Ability to work flexible and long hours, as needed, including outside regular business hours and days
Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 5%

Preferred

Experience working with faith-based, nonprofit, or social impact organizations
Understanding of philanthropic trends and best practices
