Responsibilities
Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Required
5 to 7 years of experience
Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX
Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development
Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding
Preferred
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets
