Responsibilities
Provide geotechnical engineering support for a variety of projects, including transportation, infrastructure, and multi-family developments.
Perform evaluations using standard geotechnical techniques, making necessary adjustments as needed.
Interpret lab and field test results, make informed recommendations, and prepare/review comprehensive reports.
Assign and manage tasks for both local and remote team members.
Develop detailed scopes, budgets, and schedules for various assignments.
Build and maintain client relationships while identifying new project opportunities.
Attend client meetings and communicate effectively with project teams.
Train and mentor junior technical staff.
Conduct on-site observations and inspections.

Required
Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
P.E. License
Proficiency in GeoStudio, APILE, LPILE, GROUP, SHAFT, Plaxis, Midas, SLIDE, Settle3D, and MSEW
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
