Responsibilities
Coordinate field operations and collect soil samples
Conduct soil testing and analysis
Prepare draft reports
Support infrastructure-building projects
Interact with clients, construction personnel, and subcontractors

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related field; or the ability to obtain within 6 months
0-2 years of professional experience
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, with the ability to learn commercial software applications
Engineering Intern (EIT) certification, a plus
Perform the physical demands of the position with the use of company-provided Personal Protective Equipment
Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Routinely lifting and carrying 40-50 lbs. (field/laboratory samples and equipment)
Traveling out-of-town (may include overnight) for assignments as necessary
Working outside of normal business hours when necessary
