Responsibilities

Responsável pela estratégia e desenvolvimento do time de Evolução e temas Cross de Prevenção a Fraudes, para que a área atue de forma eficiente e em prol dos resultados de negócios;

Faz a gestão do time, com base nas competências organizacionais e nos indicadores de performance;

Atua em parceria com as demais áreas, fortalecendo e impulsionando a cultura desejada;

Em conjunto com os times especialistas de segurança, buscar soluções que atendam as necessidades de evolução do tema de prevenção a fraudes;

Estar constantemente atualizado com as melhores soluções e práticas de mercado;
