Responsibilities
Provide timely responses to team inquiries concerning legal matters arising from client interactions.
Maintain direct communication with clients to inform and update them on case progress and legal strategies.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and coordinate legal cases effectively.
Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and agency rulings.
Stay updated on legislative changes that may affect immigration law.
Formulate solutions to complex legal questions.
Perform other job duties as assigned to support our mission.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school.
Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
2-5 years of attorney experience in general immigration, with specific expertise in family and humanitarian-based petitions.
Fluency in Spanish is required due to frequent client interactions.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Flexibility and adaptability with work schedules.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Spanish.
Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
