Responsibilities
Leverage GIS industry knowledge and analytical expertise to provide insights for optimizing service delivery.
Interface with field management and business leaders to apply analytical GIS information for business development and route optimizations.
Research and build automated GIS data pipelines for spatial-based decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide GIS analysis supporting business needs.
Support and develop project scopes and objectives through hands-on application and use of technology.
Coach business partners in understanding and adopting GIS information and analysis outputs.
Apply coding, geospatial, statistical, and modeling tools to uncover opportunities.
Document methodologies used in execution of requests and standard reporting.
Communicate effectively with project team and management staff.
Provide leadership and share knowledge/skills with team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Geography, Planning or related field.
2+ years of GIS experience using Esri ArcGIS software products involving GIS data development, manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
Experience working with Esri Geodatabases.
Experience working with relational databases, structuring queries and geographic and spatial methods and techniques.
Possess personal agilities to develop and grow your leadership skills to expand and grow applied GIS across Global Markets.
Ability to use GIS to apply knowledge and develop maps, information, and reporting that support decision-making.
Ability to meet project deadlines, perform assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and develop advanced skills.
Ability to compile, review and reconcile data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments.
Proficient in the use of spreadsheets, database, and word-processing applications.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred
Master’s degree in GIS.
1+ years of Esri ArcGIS experience; including Network Analyst tools and functionality including Location-Allocation and VRP.
1+ years of experience in fundamentals of Geocoding and Address Matching.
Experience working within the confines of the DevOps development framework.
Experience in business analysis and applied GIS toward territory & route design.
Experience with ESRI ArcOnline/Enterprise/Portal for ArcGIS.
Experience in SQL Azure and Enterprise Geodatabases.
Experience in global mapping projects.
