Responsibilities

Initiation: Assist project sponsor to collect initial client requirements, identify assumptions, assess project feasibility, estimate costs and schedule, business development and proposal, develop objectives and project charter, engage stakeholders

Planning: Create project portfolio, develop PM plan, prepare for procurement, kick off meeting

Executing: Project documents, procurement, supervise project work, implement changes, perform quality assurance and audits, manage and evaluate project and team performance, conduct status meetings, maintain communication with stakeholders

Monitoring and Controlling: Measure project performance, perform quality control, maintain project information databases, verify scope, collaborate with accounting

Closing: Ensure final delivery of product to the client, seek feedback on the product and process, conduct project retrospective, communicate findings to PS Leadership, and update the lessons learned and process improvement database
