Responsibilities

Create and maintain software tools for hydrologic modeling, data analysis, and decision-making.
Contribute to the development of 3D hydrologic models to predict responses to changing conditions.
Write and implement code based on specifications and design patterns.
Integrate software components to meet project specifications.
Utilize Python, Pandas, NumPy, and ArcGIS for data-intensive modeling, workflows, and visualizations.
Design back-end and front-end algorithms in an agile setting.
Troubleshoot, debug, update, and maintain existing software for optimal performance.
Ensure software aligns with internal business requirements or external customer needs.
Provide quality assurance procedures through standardized testing.
Develop fixes when issues arise.
