Responsibilities
Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers to drive account growth, ensure satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Execution: Develop and implement judicious sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and introduce new products to OEM partners.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Contract and Agreement Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing structures, and supply agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and marketing) to meet OEM customer requirements and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Required
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 5 years in-depth understanding of the heavy equipment market, including competitive trends and dealer/distributor networks.
Minimum of 5 years of strong knowledge of heavy equipment, attachments, and OEM applications, with the ability to convey technical solutions effectively.
Proven success in developing strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
Excellent interpersonal abilities to build and maintain strong OEM partnerships and address customer needs.
Proficient in market analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiating agreements to drive mutual success.
