Responsibilities

Assist with the development and administration of global benefit programs such as EAP, BTA/BTM, Wellbeing, Global Leave, LSA, and other global projects.

Manage employee communications strategy and deployment while ensuring consistency across regions and in partnership with regional counterparts and partners.

Manage participation in area and industry-specific benefit surveys to stay current with external trends.

Monitor the market, partner with insurance broker and other vendors to lead the design and management of benefit programs.

Collect and configure requirements, test/validate processes as part of global implementation and special projects.

Collaborate with the Tech team on requirements, data needs, data conversion actions, and validation of data.

Partner with other global benefit team members to develop and deliver short- and long-term recommendations to ensure global benefit programs meet the needs of a diverse workforce.

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience in benefit programs or employee benefit administration. Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

3+ years of Workday experience

You have managed global programs including BTA/BTM, EAP, Wellbeing, Global Leaves and Communication Strategy

You have knowledge of Global Benefits Management
